Feeds are built to keep you scrolling. A garden is built to be left. Here is why Lawns of Heaven is deliberately quiet.
There are no streaks here. No notification badges counting up. No leaderboard of the faithful. If you miss a week, nothing turns red.
That absence is deliberate. Guilt is a very effective way to make someone open an app, and a very poor way to help someone pray.
A good visit ends
The practice is designed to finish. Four moments, then a closing line, then the door. If you come back later the same day, that is your choice and not our design.

Beauty as function
The artwork, the slow fades, the wide margins — none of it is decoration. A screen that feels calm makes it easier to be calm. That is a function, not a flourish.
